Response Learning Victoria (RLV) is a leading training provider specialising in the delivery of accredited and non-accredited courses for the Meat Processing industry. We design training programs custom designed to embed the client organisation's language, policies and procedures and to meet the specific needs of processors and the industry.

RLV provides qualifications via Australian Apprenticeships (Traineeships) using subsidised training funding from the Victorian Government Skills First program. Where employees are not eligible for funding subsidies, we offer fee for service programs.

We also deliver critical skill sets, accredited and non-accredited short courses to develop employee capability, address risks and to meet or improve processing plant QA requirements.

Through our parent company, Response Consulting Australia Pry Ltd (RCA) and subsidiaries, Response Learning, Response APAC and Response Research, we provide training, consultancy, systems leadership, organisational development and research to the meat processing sector across Australia and the Asia Pacific.

Response Consulting Australia provides training, organisational development and systems leadership programs at all levels of an organisation, from the induction of new employees to post-graduate qualifications and short courses for senior managers and company directors. Response APAC provides consulting and training services to the Asia Pacific Region, working with local industry, NGOs, and government to develop capacity and capability in a variety of industries.
