AMP30116 Certificate III in Meat Processing (Boning Room)

This qualification is intended for workers in boning rooms or in meat wholesale enterprises, who prepare meat cuts from whole carcasses. We have structured this qualification to be flexible within the selection of elective units, ensuring the learner is provided relevant learning opportunities to best suit the workplace need.  

We design our training programs to provide:
